It has been a privilege to create this exhibition to benefit the Soter Women’s Health Research Program (SWHRP) at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. 

Made possible through the generosity of Sarah “Sally” Ross Soter and the Soter Ziegler Foundation, SWHRP carries forward a vision of a healthier future for women—one shaped by discovery, hope, and the promise of what is yet to come.

Women’s health is a journey that unfolds across a lifetime, touching every season of a woman’s life. 

Yet, so much remains unknown. Through research, SWHRP seeks to illuminate the places where answers are still waiting to be found, opening doors to new possibilities for prevention, healing, and better health.

This exhibition is my way of honoring that journey—and the women whose lives may one day be changed by what we discover today. 

Perhaps that is the gift of silence. In the silence, we are reminded that even when answers have not yet been found, hope remains—and sometimes, it is in the quiet that the promise of something new begins to bloom.
